Planning a new trip for January

Today I was thinking that a new year is almost here and that I had no new travels in sight. For this reason I was making a wish list of places to visit during 2006.

If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear from you. Use the comments form bellow to enter your suggestions. I promise one of the destinations entered will be visited by me before the end of 2006.

If nothing changes, my next travel will be in January/February 2006. Hong Kong (and South of China) and Singapore (and Malaysia) are my two top options. If you come back to this blog, you will see my travel updates during the following <strike>weeks</strike> days.

Planning a new trip

Yesterday I was thinking of a new trip to Germany. I have already been there (a long time ago), but I would like to re-visit this unique city. I am talkiing about the capital of Germnay, Berlin. I am sure the city has changed a lot since my last visit.

If I can get a cheap air ticket, I would go there in Spring 2006. April or March. Have you ever been there in Spring? Is it a good time for visiting?

sailing boat

What a weekend!

This weekend I went to Zadar (beautiful small town on the Croatian coast), where I had my first experience on a sailing yacht.
-- it was beautiful!

I can't express the feeling when the wind blew in my face. Being surrounded by the big waves of the open sea was also great. But what impressed me most, was the fact that our only propulsion was thanks to the forces of nature.... We did not start our engine. Our big sails were our very natural engine. I think that I could become addicted to it.

Vienna

Last weekend I went to Vienna To see Goya's exhibition, and took a walk through the center. It was just for 1 day (10 hours) so I did not have time to see much. I was only in the center of the city (beautiful), and that's not enough.

I had the impression that all great stuff is out of town, so I'll need one more visit!
